Green Goddess Dressing

This dressing taste like Summer on a spoon. It’s full of all the healing herbs of the summer months. It is delicious and a great way to pack the anti-inflammatory healing and immune-boosting power into a small bite.

In Ayurveda, herbs and spices are considered our most potent medicine, so take advantage of them while they're abundant.

Basil is considered to be a 'warming' herb that can help to stimulate digestion and circulation. Because of this, it is known to be a natural pain reliever and immune booster and is very protective of our blood vessels. It is also associated with cancer-fighting properties.

This recipe also sneaks in some anchovies. I love how nutritious anchovies are. They are packed with B vitamins as well as a great dietary source of vitamin D, omega 3 and calcium.

Always opt for a seed free mayo option. If you’d like to make your own, check out my Homemade Dukes Mayo here.
