Thai Shrimp Soup
If you’ve been here a while, you know I’m a big fan of broth because of it’s many healing properties. It’s also easy to digest and great for full on nourishment when you are healing gut issues or just healing from a cold.
This particular soup is so great because it is packed with some of my favorite anti-inflammatory ingredients like: ginger, turmeric, mushrooms, garlic, lemongrass, and cilantro.
Give it a try. It’s delicious and cooks up quick!
